When you use our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name (required) - to address you personally
• Email address (required) - to respond to your enquiry
• Company (optional) - for business context
• Message (required) - your enquiry

This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry. The data is transmitted via a Google Apps Script to an internal Google Sheet and stored there. No data is shared with third parties. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data for this purpose. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at contact.in@tavlo.tech.

2.3 Geo-Routing

On your first visit, we use the service ipapi.co to determine your country based on your IP address in order to redirect you to the appropriate regional page (Germany or India). Your IP address is not stored by us. The result is saved in the tavlo_region cookie so that no further lookup is required on subsequent visits. You can also manually select your region at /choose/.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook Pixel). No user profiles are created. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. External Services

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in this process. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at contact.in@tavlo.tech.

You can delete stored preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this website.

This website is hosted via GitHub Pages / Cloudflare. The respective privacy policies of the hosting provider apply.
