Leadership & Technical Partners
Venkat is the architect behind Tavlo's vision. With 10+ years in Germany's intelligent systems ecosystem - at Bosch and Aptiv - he brings semiconductor physics training (MSc, Philipps-Universität Marburg) into systems engineering for safety-critical applications.
He holds 2 international patents (EP / US / CN): one for quantifying system requirements through traffic simulation (Aptiv, 2021) and one for Bayesian network analysis of system safety (2020), adopted as official OEM methodology.
He comes from a family of excellence - his partner Dr. Srumika Konde is a Research Scientist at Carl Zeiss SMT advancing semiconductor lithography; his sister Lakshmi Geethika is an engineer at BMW Group Munich; and his father Chiranjeevachari Dhavaleswarapu served as a Chief Engineer and Government Gazetted Officer under the Telangana government for 35+ years.
