CORE PLATFORM
Computer Vision
From camera to closed-loop decision.
Our Computer Vision pipelines take raw image and video input from industrial cameras and deliver production-grade outputs - defect detection, dimensional inspection, object tracking, and change detection - integrated directly with your MES or robotics systems.
We handle the full stack: camera selection and integration, lighting design, image acquisition, model training on your specific defect taxonomy, and deployment to edge or cloud - with closed-loop feedback to production control systems.
Whether you are inspecting automotive body panels at 60 frames per second or monitoring warehouse inventory from ceiling-mounted cameras, our vision systems are built for the throughput, accuracy, and reliability that industrial production demands.
Capabilities
Defect Detection
Surface defects, geometric deviations, cosmetic inspection - catching quality issues at line speed.
Dimensional Inspection
Metrology-grade measurement from 2D and 3D imaging - replacing manual gauging with automated precision.
Object Recognition & Tracking
Multi-class detection, pose estimation, SORT/DeepSORT tracking - understanding what is where and where it is going.
Change Detection
Shift identification in static scenes, site monitoring - spotting what has changed and flagging it for review.
OCR & Label Verification
Printed/engraved text extraction, barcode / QR decoding - ensuring every label matches every product.
Camera-to-MES Closed-Loop
Real-time routing of inspection outcomes to production control - automated pass/fail, rework, and quarantine decisions.

Common questions
What inspection tasks can Tavlo's vision systems handle?
Surface defect detection, dimensional inspection with metrology-grade measurement, object recognition and tracking, change detection in static scenes, and OCR with barcode and QR verification - at the throughput industrial production demands.
Does Tavlo deliver the whole vision stack or just the model?
The whole stack: camera selection and integration, lighting design, image acquisition, model training on your specific defect taxonomy, and deployment to edge or cloud - with closed-loop feedback into your MES for automated pass/fail, rework and quarantine decisions.
Can the system keep up with our line speed?
Yes - our vision systems are built for the throughput, accuracy and reliability of industrial production, up to inspection at 60 frames per second, using accelerated inference with TensorRT on NVIDIA Jetson hardware and industrial cameras from Basler and Cognex.
We have no labelled defect images - can we still start?
Yes. Data acquisition and labelling are part of our delivery: we set up image acquisition on your line, build the defect taxonomy with your quality team and train models on your real production data.
How do we start a project with Tavlo?
Write to contact@tavlo.tech and describe the process or line you want to improve. We respond within two business days and typically start with a 30-minute call. There is no public price list - engagements begin with a conversation, and implementation details are shared under NDA.
Your next intelligent system starts here.
Whether you're in DACH or beyond, we're ready to deliver.
