2. Data We Collect

2.1 Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses only functional cookies and browser storage for essential site functionality and user preferences. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

2.2 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name (required) - to address you personally
• Email address (required) - to respond to your enquiry
• Company (optional) - for business context
• Message (required) - your enquiry

This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry. The data is transmitted via a Google Apps Script to an internal Google Sheet and stored there. No data is shared with third parties. By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data for this purpose. You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at contact@tavlo.tech.

2.3 Geo-Routing

On your first visit, we use the service ipapi.co to determine your country based on your IP address in order to redirect you to the appropriate regional page for Germany or India. Your IP address is not stored by us. The result is saved in the tavlo_region cookie so that no further lookup is required on subsequent visits. You can also manually select your region at /choose/.

2.4 Tavlo AI Lab (Live Camera Demos)

The Tavlo AI Lab page offers optional, interactive computer-vision demonstrations (face mesh, gesture and object detection, body-pose tracking, gaze estimation, and a face-swap demo) that use your device's camera.

• Explicit consent. The camera is never accessed automatically. It is activated only after you click “Enable camera” and grant your browser's camera permission. You can stop it at any time, and revoke the permission in your browser settings.
• On-device only. All processing happens locally in your browser using open-source models (Google MediaPipe, Apache-2.0). Your camera feed and any derived data (landmarks, detections) are processed in real time on your device.
• No storage, no transmission. We do not record, save, upload, or transmit your video, images, or any biometric or derived data. There is no file-upload option — the feature works only with a live feed. Nothing from your camera reaches Tavlo's servers or any third party.
• Network activity. The only network requests this feature makes are the one-time downloads of the open-source model files and runtime from a public content-delivery network (jsDelivr / Google model storage). These downloads do not include any of your camera data.

Because no personal data from the camera is collected or stored, there is nothing for us to retain, share, or delete in connection with this feature.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook Pixel). No user profiles are created. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. External Services

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in this process. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@tavlo.tech.

You can delete stored preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this website.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The privacy policy of the hosting provider applies.
